Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Seaford, DE. You will support store leadership by performing store-level tasks including food preparation, POS transactions, housekeeping, and general upkeep.

Key duties include greeting customers, handling payments, preparing made-to-order items, stocking shelves, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Prior food service or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by greeting customers, answering questions, and maintaining product knowledge.
• Operate the register, manage payments, and assist with fuel card operations while ensuring cash drawer accuracy.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages, maintain food safety and quality, and ensure timely service.
• Restock products and check expiration codes, keeping the store well-stocked and organized.
• Perform routine cleanup, maintain a safe, clean work area, and report any unsafe conditions.
