Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New Castle, Delaware. This role supports the store leadership team with tasks spanning food service, POS transactions, housekeeping, and general upkeep, all aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The associate will greet customers, assist with product selection, and follow safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Learn and follow Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product choices.
• Operate the register, process payments, and assist with fuel and age-restricted product transactions.
• Prepare and serve made-to-order food and beverages with accuracy and speed.
• Restock products, check expiration codes, and maintain attractive merchandised displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, handle routine side work, and report unsafe conditions.
