Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Unarmed Flex Officer to protect clients across industries and support a flexible schedule through our shift-pickup platform. You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and provide courteous service while building valuable site experience and growth opportunities within a dynamic, inclusive work environment.

As a Flex Officer you’ll view and claim open shifts based on availability, giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Background check as a condition of employment per laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and security hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire in emergencies.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
