Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across industries. You will perform patrols, monitor for security concerns, and respond to incidents using our shift-pickup platform to create a flexible schedule.

This role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to work irregular shifts with short notice. A CHL and relevant experience are preferred; high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience accepted.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of infractions.
• Control access to property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Document incidents and maintain logs per post orders.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
