Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Flex to guard client sites across healthcare, education, finance, and more. The role uses a shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, enabling you to tailor a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience across multiple industries.

The position offers growth opportunities and the chance to supplement income with irregular shifts as needed. A valid license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by employer.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; provide access control.
• Sound alarms or notify authorities in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rules and regulations.
• Observe and report suspicious activities; maintain post logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Coordinate with clients and site management as needed.
• Complete incident reports accurately and timely.
• Prioritize safety and enforce site post orders.
