Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Auburn, AL retail team. You will help customers, process transactions, greet guests, and support store operations to boost customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Responsibilities include handling cash, maintaining clean facilities, performing safety tasks, and adhering to ID checks for tobacco/alcohol. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule. Starting rate $15.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as required by regulation.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during shifts in accordance with policy to support profitability and customer service.
• Communicate with management about store operations and changes affecting the store.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide a best-in-class service.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure safety and appearance standards are met.
• Greet customers, suggest purchases, and promote specials while maintaining cleanliness.
