Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to run the station shift, serving customers with a warm, professional approach and supporting store profitability.

You will greet customers, suggest purchases, handle transactions, and prepare end-of-shift reports while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Must be 21+, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to verify tobacco/alcohol IDs, with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and write English at an 8th-grade level.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations to make change and balance shifts.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle cases of milk, beverages, and groceries.
• Flexible schedule required to meet store needs.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products; ability to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and greet every customer.
• Suggest additional purchases and promote specials to increase store sales.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate with management on store operations.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and appearance; ensure environmental regulations are followed.
• Operate equipment safely and help with general housekeeping tasks.
• Report accidents, injuries, or incidents promptly per company policy.
