Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is hiring Sales Associates to operate station shifts, focusing on friendly customer service and driving store profitability.

You will greet customers, suggest purchases, handle transactions, and complete shift reports while maintaining safety and cleanliness of the store. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and balance shift products.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling cases of milk, beverages, and other items.
• Work in various temperatures and environments; follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Greet customers with a smile and sincere greeting; promote specials.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per company guidelines.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store; document incidents.
