Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Resident Assistant for flexible scheduling in Elkhorn, WI. You will assist residents with personal care, support with feeding, and help with mobility alongside a care team of nurses and aides.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR certification. Training is provided for long-term care compliance, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain compassionate, reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Required compliance training to work in long-term care and assisted living (can be provided by Interim)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patients safely
• Good communication skills and a dependable, compassionate nature

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and patients with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake
• Perform light tasks related to ambulation, repositioning, and safety
• Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition
• Work as part of a care team that may include RNs, LPNs, physicians, and other aides
• Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns
