Job summary

TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The RN will oversee nursing care during shifts, assign staff, and mentor personnel while collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams.

The role requires an active RN license, at least one year of clinical experience, and current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience required.
• Minimum of two years of RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Provide resident healthcare and direction of nursing care during shifts.
• Manage staff assignments and supervise nursing personnel.
• Mentor and educate nursing staff and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care in compliance with standards and regulations.
