Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services to children under BCBA supervision.

You will implement ABA programs, help children reach functional goals, and complete progress notes in our data system while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
