Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Complete timely documentation per regulations and payer requirements.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise and fall-prevention strategies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
