Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document progress.
• Coordinate with COTA and rehab staff for therapy delivery.
