Job summary

Lebanon Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will implement individualized treatment plans to help patients develop, recover, and maintain daily living skills.

You will guide therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and exercises to improve mobility, coordination, strength, cognition, and independence in ADLs, within facility safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist patients with functional activities and transfers within safety protocols.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift or assist with lifting patients and equipment according to facility guidelines.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients to develop, recover, improve, and maintain ADLs and mobility.
• Guide therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and exercises per plans.
