Job summary

Ashland Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for residents. You will work closely with nursing staff to coordinate daily maintenance tasks in resident areas, perform repairs, and support refurbishing projects.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in maintenance, and familiarity with industry tools. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to a caring community.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years in building trades or maintenance preferred.
Familiar with industry tools and software for upkeep and repair.
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing staff in resident areas.
Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist refurbishing projects.
Maintain grounds and ensure safe, pleasant outdoor environments.
Keep equipment and building systems well maintained for resident comfort.
