Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State LPN license.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program; BLS/ CPR current.

Responsibilities

• Run medication pass and deliver treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Observe, document and report changes in resident condition to the charge RN.
• Support and direct the CNAs on your unit within New York scope of practice.
