Flagstar is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. You will support physicians' plans and work under RN supervision, ensuring follow-through of treatments and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to work in Ohio.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets state and federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
• Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
• Assess and record symptoms, reactions, and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation per the physician's plan of treatment.
