Qualifications
- Active LPN license to work in Ohio.
- CPR certification (BLS/ALS accepted).
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
- Reliable transportation to worksite location.
Responsibilities
- Instruct patients and families in proper treatment and care.
- Assist individuals and groups to take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation according to the physician's plan of treatment.
