Flagstar is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. You will follow physician plans of treatment and work under RN supervision while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to work in Ohio.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities
