Job summary
Flagstar Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Ohio to join a skilled nursing facility network. The role offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, nights and weekends, with competitive weekly pay and direct deposit.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Ohio is required.
- CPR certification accepted (BLS/ALS).
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Strong patient assessment skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Demonstrated clinical competency in nursing care.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
Responsibilities
- Instruct patients and families in proper treatment.
- Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
- Administer patient medications as prescribed.
- Assist in rehabilitation per the physician's plan.
