Job summary
Flagstar is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in skilled nursing facilities, following physician-established plans under RN supervision. Hourly pay rate ranges from $38 to $40, with flexible scheduling across Canton, OH and surrounding areas.
Benefitso include weekly pay with direct deposit, 24-hour on-call support, insurance options, PTO, and referral bonuses. LPNs must hold an active Ohio license, CPR certification, and meet state/federal employment requirements.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license to practice in Ohio.
- CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
- Reliable transportation to worksite.
Responsibilities
- Instruct patients and families in proper treatment.
- Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and progress in patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation per the physician's plan of treatment.
