McDonald’s local franchisee-owned restaurant is hiring a Shift Manager. This role offers flexible full-/part-time options and a schedule that can include breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.

You will lead crew scheduling, empower staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards as part of McDonald’s commitment to quality, service, and value. We provide training and advancement opportunities and support a diverse workplace.
