Job summary

Family Life care is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate home health care to clients in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, meals, and daily routines while following care plans and reporting health changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or 75-hour Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved school.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Current TB test with negative results.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Perform patient observation and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities for emotional well-being.
• Maintain client home cleanliness with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments.
