Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume, upscale casual dining environment preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide information about menus and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness at the host stand.
• Coordinate with serving staff for smooth guest service.
