Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse through the Kentucky Board of Nursing or a COMPACT state.
• One year of general nursing experience is preferred; new graduates considered.
• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent observation, good nursing judgment and communication skills are essential.
• Self-directed to work with minimal supervision in an interdisciplinary team.
• Flexible and cooperative to meet patient needs and BCN policies.
