Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash, offers a flexible, part-time Operations Associate role where you pick up shifts via a scheduling app. Expect to learn onboarding, perform packing, inventory, and warehouse tasks, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

Shift structure includes a 10pm–6am premium and potential pay increases based on performance. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Certification, and be capable of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification on hire.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand it off to Dashers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
