Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate in Downers Grove, IL. This part-time role features a largely flexible schedule, with one shift every two weeks and two shifts per month minimum; onboarding includes a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days.

You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED.
