Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and tear down kiosks in local retail stores. You will drive a moving truck, transport equipment, and assemble kiosk components to ensure setups meet brand standards.

You will maintain a clean work area, assist with location maintenance, and perform other duties as assigned. A valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge are required in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Driver's license for those who drive, or preferred for non-drivers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure locations meet brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace (trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning counters/glass).
• Other duties as assigned.
