Tandem is powering the substitute pool for the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County. Cocoa Beach, FL-based substitute teachers are invited to join a flexible program across participating childcare centers, with shifts that fit your life and daily pay options.

Role involves stepping into classrooms for infants to school-age children, supporting staff, maintaining ratios, and ensuring a smooth day. Prior early childhood experience is valued; 18+ and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a child care, day care, or preschool setting.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Comfortable working with all age groups, from infants to school-age children.

Responsibilities

• Step into daycare classrooms to support full-time staff and maintain ratios.
• Help keep the day running smoothly across infant to school-age groups.
• Build relationships within the local early learning community.
