Duchess Team Member in Western Kentucky retail locations is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store welcoming and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store - inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
