Duchess is seeking a friendly team member to join our store in Buffalo. This role involves greeting customers, handling transactions, and keeping the store orderly from front to back.

Candidates should be comfortable with technology, have basic math skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling. Prior retail experience is a plus, and full-time or part-time consideration is available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and engage in friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using POS systems (cash, card, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find items.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards to customers.
