Shaner Hotels at Courtyard by Marriott Glassboro–Rowan University invites applications for a food and beverage associate. You will take guest orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals while maintaining stock and cleanliness.

You will ensure safety and hotel standards are followed and respond promptly to guest needs. Flexibility is required to work weekends and holidays, with coordination among General Manager and department managers.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Excellent guest communication with management and staff.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

Responsabilités

• Take orders, prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Respond to guest issues and communicate with management and staff.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
