Job summary

Dublin AC in Dublin, OH is seeking a Guest Service/Beverage Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, in line with hotel specifications.

Maintain stock, keep outlet and equipment clean, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with daily procedures. Respond to guest concerns promptly and communicate with the General Manager and department managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Restaurant / Food & Beverage.
• Must be at least 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus; knowledge of alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Respond to and handle guest related issues pertaining to the department.
• Ensure communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
