Job summary

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and light meals, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and ensuring safety and quality according to standards. Prior F&B experience and ServSafe/TIPS training are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS) a plus.
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures of the Food and Beverage Department.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and handle guest issues as needed.
• Communicate with General Manager and other department managers.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards per hotel and franchise specifications.
