Responsibilities

• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash‑handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Anticipates what's needed for Guests or teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes recommendations grounded in product knowledge.
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time with reliable attendance.
