Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking Caring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide high‑quality in‑home care for seniors and vulnerable adults. The role emphasizes personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living in their homes.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Remind medications and assist with exercises as directed.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities to reduce isolation.

Skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs
