Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to independently manage storage facilities at multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and ensure units are ready to rent through daily inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and maintaining payment reminders while delivering strong customer service and safety standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder and collections when needed.
