Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, and to help customers select storage solutions while upselling packing and moving supplies.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, inventory checks, cash drawer audits, and processing payments. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required to travel between sites as needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and bonuses are available for strong performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently at multiple locations.
• Willingness to perform outdoor and indoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections and ensure availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make deposits.
