Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work across multiple locations, combining inside and outdoor duties. You’ll assess customer storage needs, suggest packing solutions, and ensure units are ready to rent with regular inspections.

Role offers flexible full-time schedules with travel between properties, mileage reimbursement, and potential bonuses based on performance. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make product recommendations.
• Sell packing and moving supplies when appropriate.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
