Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect client sites across multiple industries. You will use a shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on availability, gaining experience at diverse sites and increasing opportunities for growth.

You may work irregular hours with short notice to meet client needs. The role emphasizes quick situational assessment, clear communication, and dependable work ethic while delivering professional security services

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background checks and drug screening as part of employment.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions creating security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call authorities in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs as required.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
