Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across multiple industries, including healthcare, education, and finance. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, gaining site experience across diverse environments.

You may be asked to work irregular shifts with little notice, but this role offers hands-on learning, steady income, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic security team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and assist visitors professionally.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and notify authorities as needed.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports for post records.
• Provide courteous, helpful service to clients, employees and guests.
