Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across industries. You will perform patrols, monitor access, report incidents, and assist people while using our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on availability.

The role emphasizes flexibility, growth opportunities, and hands-on site experience across healthcare, education, and finance sectors. Pay is $22.87/hour with potential for varied shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Minimum age 18 (21 if armed, where required).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions creating safety concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and control access points.
• Monitor entrances/exits and authorize entry as required.
• Observe personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate incidents and maintain post logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
