Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in Fontana, CA. This role utilizes a shift-pickup platform to build a schedule across mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnights, offering hands-on experience across multiple industries while supporting client sites with safety and security leadership.

The position requires a valid California Guard Card and training certificates, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Control access and monitor entrances and exits to property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
