Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Torrance, CA, to protect properties across industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, gaining site experience across various industries while shaping a flexible, growth-oriented security career.

The role is part-time and requires a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, plus background checks and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
Background check and drug screen required by law.
Valid driver's license if operating company or customer-owned vehicle.
Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Monitor for irregular conditions and safety hazards.
Sound alarms or summon authorities as needed.
Control access and monitor entrances/exits per client orders.
Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
