Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. Flex Officers are assigned to a large account to cover vacations, call-offs, and staffing needs with a flexible schedule. Great for retirees, students, or those seeking supplemental income with hands-on experience and growth opportunities.

This position may require irregular shifts on short notice as part of site coverage and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Must be able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Be at least 19 years old.
• No prior security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Manage authorized access to property and observe exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs as required.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
