Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, and other industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on availability, building a schedule that fits your life while gaining site experience across multiple sectors.

The role may require irregular shifts with little advance notice. Training and growth opportunities are available as you contribute to a dynamic security team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be 18+ years of age (21 for armed postings).

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for security or safety hazards and report findings.
• Sound alarms and notify authorities when needed.
• Warn violators and control entry/exit points.
• Maintain logs and prepare incident reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
