Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across healthcare, education, finance and more. You will view and claim open shifts via our platform, building a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience across industries.

You may work irregular shifts with little notice, contributing to a culture of safety and service. This role provides growth opportunities and hands-on security experience in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must be capable of effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to different post assignments and locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
