Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to patrol and safeguard client sites across industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Finance. The role utilizes a shift-picking platform to claim shifts based on availability, offering flexible scheduling and hands-on site experience with growth opportunities.

The position involves irregular shifts at times with little notice, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license if driving, and successful

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Operate radio/telephone equipment or console monitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire in case of emergencies.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports on incidents and accidents.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
