Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer to safeguard clients across multiple industries, including healthcare and education. The role offers a flexible shift-pickup platform to align with your availability, while gaining site experience across various industries.

The Security Flex Officer will perform patrols, monitor access points, report incidents, and assist visitors as needed. An active background check and drug screen are required by law, with licensing per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable, adaptable worker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet licensing requirements as per state/local laws; background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and control access as required by client post orders.
• Respond to alarms and notify police or fire departments when needed.
• Prepare written incident reports and maintain logs per post requirements.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
