Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. The role uses our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on your availability, helping you build a schedule that fits your life while gaining site experience.

You may be called to work irregular shifts with little notice. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Verifiable security experience or willingness to learn.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• 18+ years old (21+ if armed where required).
• Flexible shifts and adaptability across posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; respond to incidents.
• Sound alarms and escalate emergencies per post orders.
• Prepare written reports on accidents and suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Maintain logs as required by the post.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and security.
• Be flexible with shifts and adapt to various posts.
